Our Story
In 1991, James Street Tool and Machinery began in a small warehouse on James Street in Toowoomba. It quickly gained a reputation for supplying “Trusted Brands at Better Prices”. As the company grew, it became necessary to find larger premises, which led to the move to 2 Prescott St, Toowoomba, in 2005.
JSTM has the most comprehensive range of quality hand, air, and power tools in Queensland, with over 20,000 items in stock and access to over 100,000 line items. JSTM can also provide workshop machinery and safety equipment to ensure that your workplace meets the most recent safety regulations.
While there are many larger stores, none carry a wide variety of trusted brands with warranties and backup service if needed. As a member of the TradeSmart Industrial Group, JSTM only provides high-quality trade tools at competitive prices. We can find it if you can’t.
